After the Panthers started out 2-0 on the year, Cabot has let three straight games slip away from them. Traveling to Fort Smith, they took on the Mavericks of Southside in a highly anticipated conference game. The Panthers were led on the ground by senior back, Bradley Morales, with 123 yards on 11 carries, and on defense by Zhane Harper, who added another interception to his name. The back and forth intensity of the game was won by Southside as Cabot falls short 24-30. Cabot looks to get back in rhythm and get legendary Head Coach Mike Malham his 300 win. The Panthers took on the Conway Wampus Cats in the 15 Annual Centennial Bowl at Panther Stadium on October 5.
