Homecoming day is approaching fast and there is still so much to prepare for. Ambassadors and Homecoming Court have a certain list on what they need to prepare for the day of Homecoming.
Ambassadors will need to be able to supply a car for the parade after the pep rally and be able to be seen in the vehicle. Ambassadors will also need to be able to supply a poster to hold for the parade.
“I had to find and dress and I had to communicate with people of the community to be able to find a car,” senior Allison Clarck said. “I had to work as a team with my parade partener Weki Wu.”
The dress attire for the parade and pep-rally will be denim jeans and a shirt that is supplied by Sarah Hillenburg.
Ambassadors and Hoco Court have a special dress code for their dress attire as well. Ambassadors have to wear a knee length dress and Hoco Court have to wear a longer dress that goes past their knees.
Homecoming Court and Ambassadors are looking forward to the many events that occur on Homecoming day.
“My feelings for being Homecoming Court are exciting since me and one of my bestfriends Peyen got nominated together. I’m specifically excited for riding in the parade because I get to sit in a fancy car with my friend Peyten,” sophomore Audry Beard said.
