Lisha Lemmings, Dolly Parton’s ex-seamstress, visited CHS to speak to the drama classes from the beginning to the end of the school day on Friday, January 31. Students were honored to learn from Lemmings, who taught students about costume making and wardrobe design.
One of the students, who was inspired by her work, Senior Brayden Hollis viewed the lecture during his sixth period.
“I thought it was very informational and a really cool experience for the kids who saw her,” Hollis said.
