Cabot has invested in 3D printers in the Media Center. There are three miniature printers and one large printer. “We have had one day of training on them, so we are not pros yet, but we are working on learning how to use them,” Media Center Specialist Shannon Southard said. Furthering the hands on feature of the classroom, teachers and students will be able to access the printers for future projects and other uses. “We want to make sure they aren’t just a cool feature, but that they could also be used in curriculum,” Southard said.
