CHS rang in the New Year with many sports activities including Bowling, Basketball, Wrestling and Swimming.  

Bowling teams went on a winning streak. The boys won scoring, 2457-2374 in Benton on January 11th and 2462-2008 at Little Rock Christian on January 14th. The girls won scoring, 2224-1811 in Benton on January 11th and also won with the score of 2403-1342 at Little Rock Christian on January 14th. 

Basketball team boys and girls varsity both had games January 12th against Conway. The boys varsity team lost, 52-55, while the girls lost, 46-64. They both had another game against Little Rock Central on January 15th, girls varsity lost, 64-68, while the boys lost, 59-79. 

The Swim boys varsity had a meet against Central high school January 14th, winning  147-139. The girls varsity also had a meet against Central, losing 116-197.

Wrestling Varsity had two duals and one tournament over the last couple of weeks. On January 12th, they dueled against LR Southwest and won 75-0. Playing again the same day against NLR, the boys won 78-6. The team also played a tournament on January 16th at Bentonville West Tournament and won 1st overall.
