As the school year is coming to a close, seniors have all had their favorite memory from high school. Seniors have been asked what their best moments from high school are.
Wyatt Shoup: “Leaving.”
Caitlyn Boyd- February: “I think that one of my favorite memories from high school would have been when I joined the archery club and met my best friends, Bee and AJ.”
Cayla Garcia: “ Probably hanging out with my friends and swim meets/practices with the swim team, even if it was stressful, my friends always made it fun.”
Alayna Adineh- Kharat: “Competitions in Debate.”
Olivia Coats: “Being a captain on the Forensics team and making so many memories.”
Hailey Scruggs: “All of my FFA events are a huge part of my life and are my favorite memories from my high school career.”

Emily Armstrong: “One of my favorite memories from my high school career is whenever I competed at a Speech and Debate tournament with my Forensics team and I performed my cringey Program of Oral Interpretation (a dramatic event where you act and weave together different pieces of literature) in finals and I made everyone keel over with laughter. That memory is burned into my brain.”
Matthew Bennett: “Having the opportunity to meet Mr. Daughtey before he went to work in Ohio. He was one of the only teachers who was like me in every sense of the word.”
Bethany Myrick: “I have definitely made the best memories working in Student Council. All the late nights I’ve stayed at the school to help clean up after dances and whatnot were good for my soul because I got to bond with some really amazing people, especially our sponsor, Mrs. Tasha Rowe.”

Allison Clark: “My favorite memory is from my junior year. The Cabot Marching Band won 2nd place at the state contest. It was the first time Cabot medaled at state. Everyone cheered, screamed, and hugged in pure excitement. It was the best!”
Aryonna Young: “A favorite memory of mine from being in high school is definitely my fourth period study hall class. I’ve made some really good lifelong friends there.”
